McCants Middle School Mascot
McCants Middle School relocated to the former TL Hanna High School facility in 1992. It is the largest middle school in the county is located on a rolling 42 acre parcel; the school consists of a series of singe and multi-level buildings connected by covered walkways. This site was home to James Kennedy who came into national focus with the release of the 2003 movie "Radio." The Sheppard Swim Center is on the same site NW of the school.

From Anderson Courthouse: Go North on N. Main St .4 m. to Greenville Hwy (SC Hwy 81); Turn RT. Follow Hwy 81 2.2 miles to Marchbanks; Turn RT and follow to McCants MS on RT.
