Homes designs are of multi-story designs and some offer open floor plans and high ceilings that give them a very spacious feeling. Front home elevations are often finished in brick while other homes feature vinyl siding all around.
The lot in Stonewyck range in size from .21 to .89 acres. Sidewalks are included along one side of the streets. Stonewyck features only one entranceway, and most of the homes in the neighborhood are located on roads leading to seven courts/cul-de-sacs which adds to the privacy and safety of the community. Trees and shrubs are newer plantings added as the lots have been developed. About a dozen lots back up to the common grounds of an adjacent community. That land is wooded and runs along Little Gilder Creek thus adding a nice backdrop to the homes that overlook that natural setting.
