Overview

River Crest is a newer subdivision that is conveniently located in popular southern Buncombe County. It features homes on a hillside setting in traditional styling and/or with a Craftsman influence. Home exteriors are in a mixture of stone veneer, siding, and some stucco.

Homes are located on smaller, easy to care for lots which are nicely landscaped. It is a comfortable community, with some lots offering nice scenic views.

River Crest enjoys a more rural atmosphere with easy access onto I-26 via Long Shoals Road which in now being widened. Its location also offers very good access to a wide variety of shopping and to the Buncombe County schools (KG-12 all within 2.5 mile radius) that service the community .
