Milt Schmidt became a licensed real estate agent in Gainesville, GA in the late 1990’s. He soon focused on commercial properties (specializing in self storage) which ultimately led to holding active real estate Brokers Licenses in GA, FL, NC & SC.
After relocating to Anderson, SC in the early 2000’s, he dropped his out-of-state licenses to focus on land and residential properties in SC until such time he that he became involved with the development of this Neighborhood Previews Information Platform. And as a part of that activity, Milt has had the opportunity to visit and photograph virtually all of the subdivisions and schools included in Neighborhood Previews.com as well as a number of other subdivisions & schools in the Upstate area.
Milt enjoys the opportunity of working with Buyer or Seller clients, and in past has created and provided custom marketing presentations (brochures and “Walking Tours”) for not only his own listings, but also for a few other REALTOR® customers.
Milt and his wife currently reside in the moderate climate of Anderson County and have no regrets about leaving northern Ohio and its cold winters. An added advantage of living in the Anderson area has been the ability to spend more time with their children and grandchildren who are now located in the southeast.
Prior to entering real estate, Milt used his Bachelor of Science, Industrial Engineering and Masters of Business Administration degrees in the management of small manufacturing companies.
Milt Schmidt is licensed by Neighborhood Previews, Inc. to act as the Neighborhood Host for the Anderson County neighborhoods located west of SC Hwy 8.
